Reactivating Drooms FLEX Data Rooms
To reactivate your cancelled or perhaps already closed Drooms FLEX data room, proceed as follows:
- Either visit our website www.drooms.com to click on the link ‘FLEX account’ at the top right, sign in to the Drooms Shop with your Drooms credentials, and finally switch to the tab ‘Account’, or simply open in your browser the following page: shop.drooms.com/account and sign in.
- The account page lists all the data rooms you either own (Drooms FREE, Drooms FLEX), or are the designated main contact and first administrator of (Drooms TRANSACTION, Drooms LIFECYCLE).
- If you have more than one data room, look for the tile with your Drooms FLEX data room that you want to reactivate and there click on ‘Reactivate’.
- When reactivating a cancelled, but still open, data room within the already paid and still running monthly billing period, the recurring monthly billings will simply be continued on the usual next billing date, instead of being terminated.
- When reactivating an already closed data room within four weeks after its closure, the days remaining until the next monthly running billing period begins will be proportionately billed upfront. Your data room will be immediately reopened and the recurring monthly billings will be taken up again on the usual monthly date.
Please note that data rooms can only be reactivated up to four weeks after they were closed. After this deadline the data room cannot be reactivated anymore.
