New Drooms Company Account Portal
For many years now, you could order and manage Drooms FREE and FLEX projects via the Drooms Shop. But things change and improve.
We’re now making it easier to manage all your Drooms projects and subscriptions in one place. Starting June 2026, we introduced the Drooms Company Account portal. The min advantage of the new pricing plans that can be purchased online – Starter, Professional and Business – is that you now can add and manage as many projects and data rooms as you like, under conditions and within the limits of your signed subscription plan.
For you, this means one login, one subscription and central control over rooms, users and upgrades. You can now create multiple data rooms within your single subscription. For extra convenience, you can also assign multiple company admins to manage your subscription and account. We encourage you to review the new plans and choose the option that best fits your needs.

The Drooms Shop and Drooms FREE and Drooms FLEX projects will be phased out eventually. Below we have answered some FAQs about this.
Can I still upgrade my free trial to a FLEX plan?
Upgrading a free trial to the previous FLEX pricing model is no longer possible.
What are my options after my free trial ends?
To ensure that you can continue working with your existing data after your free trial project has ended, order one of the new Drooms subscription plans and copy your trial data room to a new project using the “Copy to Data Room” function.
You have two options:
- Upgrade to a paid Professional or Business plan and copy your data room there
- Copy your data room to the free Starter plan
- Visit our Pricing page to order a new Drooms subscription plan and create your Drooms Company Account
How long can I keep the conditions of my current paid plan?
You can continue under your current conditions for at least the end of August 2026. Until then, you can explore the new plans online and switch when you’re ready.
If you don’t make any changes by the end of the transition period, we’ll automatically move you to the plan that best matches your current usage and share the details with you in advance. You will receive another email from us to remind you before the transition period is over.
Can I still make changes to my FLEX room during the transition?
Yes. Until the end of August 2026, you can still adjust storage, company members, or add features. However, new purchases or rooms will be redirected to the online self-service area in the company account.
Do I need to reconfirm my subscription?
Your current subscription won’t be affected. The new pricing will only apply to new subscriptions.
How can I access my company account?
We’ve improved the user experience so that you can manage company members and admins, subscriptions, and payments in one place – in your company account. This gives you greater control and transparency over your account setup and billing.
Once you have ordered one of the new Drooms subscription plans offered on our Pricing page, you will be asked to set up your company account, which you can access afterwards either via your user account in Drooms, or via https://cap.drooms.com/sign-in
What can I do in my company account?
Your company account is your central portal where you manage your Drooms subscription. Instead of managing individual projects separately, you can now access the entire platform through one subscription that can be used across multiple projects.
- Company Overview: Find company and billing information
- Projects: View and manage all data rooms within your organisation, including storage, consumption, and project statuses
- Members: Manage company members and admins, assign roles, and control access across your organisation
- Subscriptions: View and manage active plans, upgrades, cancellations, and billing cycle changes
- Billing: Access invoices, payment methods, and billing details
Are there any hidden fees or extra costs beyond the subscription price?
No, there are no hidden fees beyond the new subscription plans. All information on our subscription plans are transparently presented, all details to what’s included and what’s not can be checked in the detailed plan comparison table.
