Changing Drooms FLEX Ownership
To change the owner of your Drooms FLEX data room, proceed as follows:
- The future owner must be either an already invited and active user of your data room, or sign up and register with Drooms first. To register he/she should visit our website www.drooms.com and click on the link ‘FLEX account’ at the top right, to sign up for a Drooms FLEX user account first (click on ‘Register’).
- If the new owner is already an invited and active user of your drooms FLEX data room, he/she does not need to sign up again, but can sign in to the Drooms Shop with his/her Drooms credentials straight away either using the Drooms website ‘FLEX Account’ link, or by opening the following page: shop.drooms.com/account and sign in.
- It is necessary that under ‘Settings’ the intended new owner adds and completes his/her own account settings and details, including his/her preferred default payment method. Even if the payment method should remain the same, it must be added to the new owner’s account.
Please note that the new owner must not be the owner of any other Drooms FLEX data room, yet.
- Make sure that the new owner is active member of the ‘Administrators’ group in your Drooms FLEX data room.
- Send our Drooms Support (support@drooms.com) an e-mail stating your request to change the ownership of your Drooms FLEX data room, mentioning explicitly the e-mail address of the new owner. We will transfer the ownership within 24 to 48 hours and will notify you, when it has been done.
