The team required a solution that would ensure strict control over confidential information, support multi-party collaboration among legal and technical advisers, and allow contractually valid documentation throughout lengthy transaction lifecycles. Confidentiality, autonomy, and support for complex deals

โ€œFor the large deals I still handle as Sales Director, such as hotel or building transfers and new developments, data organisation is critical. There are not just notaries, but also lawyers, consultants, legal advisers, and tax experts involved. The data room has become a critical contractual element: everything within Drooms at signing is binding for several years โ€“ anything not included is not contractual,โ€ explains Romain Dadat, Sales Director, Haute Tarentaise region.

Lasting value and post-deal security with an Online Archive

For deals such as the recent transaction, Cimalpes relies on the platformโ€™s Online Archive, which preserves all deal data contractually for at least three years โ€“ vital for asset and liability guarantees. The Drooms Online Archive replaces the traditional USB stick and preserves the archive digitally with Drooms. Only information included in the data room at signing is recognised in case of future disputes, making the archive an indispensable part of risk management. The contract allows for this archive to be extended if required by law or client needs.

Smooth onboarding and responsive support

Cimalpesโ€™ administrators manage Drooms themselves, with support from Droomsโ€™ French Customer Success team as needed.
