You don’t need o buy a separate plan per data room. All our plans give you access to our platform, and you can create one or multiple data room project within it.
If you only need a single data room:
Your storage and users are shared across all data rooms, so you stay flexible if your project grows or you add another one later.
Yes, you can change your plan flexibly if you notice your plan isn’t the right fit for you. Simply upgrade via the plan options page, or contact our Sales team to find the right Enterprise plan for your needs.
If you want to cancel, you can schedule it anytime before the next billing date via the Subscription overview page in the Company account. On the next billing date, the subscription won’t be renewed and you won’t be charged. You can still reactivate the subscription in the next 60 days if you change your mind.
The prices for Professional and Business are based on the number of user licenses, storage available and features. If you prefer to have a customised quote for your company, you can contact our Sales team to find the ideal Enterprise plan for you.
If you reach your plan limits, you’ll simply be guided to upgrade. For example, if you’re on the Professional plan with 10 GB storage and you or some of the project admins upload documents that exceed this limit, an upgrade prompt will be triggered. The same applies if you invite more users than your current plan includes. Please note that only assigned company account admins can upgrade the plan in the Company account.

Online plans such as Professional and Business use a subscription model. You can choose between monthly or yearly billing. You pay in advance for the upcoming billing period, and your billing date is set on the day you make your initial purchase and remains the same for all future renewals.
