Your storage and users are shared across all data rooms, so you stay flexible if your project grows or you add another one later.
Yes, you can change your plan flexibly if you notice your plan isn’t the right fit for you. Simply upgrade via the plan options page, or contact our Sales team to find the right Enterprise plan for your needs.
If you want to cancel, you can schedule it anytime before the next billing date via the subscription overview page in the company account. On the next billing date, the subscription won’t be renewed and you won’t be charged. You can still reactivate the subscription in the next 60 days if you change your mind.
The prices for Professional and Business are based on the number of user licenses, storage available and features. If you prefer to have a customised quote for your company, you can contact our Sales team to find the ideal Enterprise plan for you.
If you reach your plan limits, you’ll simply be guided to upgrade. 
For example, if you’re on the Professional plan with 10 GB storage and you or some of the project admins upload documents that exceed this limit, an upgrade prompt will be triggered. The same applies if you invite more users than your current plan includes. Please note that only assigned company account admins can upgrade the plan in the Company account.

We safeguard your data using the highest security standards and handling protocols available, and our platform is continuously audited to ensure that we adapt to new technologies as they develop.
Online plans such as Professional and Business use a subscription model. You can choose between monthly or yearly billing. You pay in advance for the upcoming billing period, and your billing date is set on the day you make your initial purchase and remains the same for all future renewals.

Yes, Drooms has a mobile app. The Drooms app is available for download on iOS devices. Simply download it via the App Store and view, search, translate, share, edit, create, and delete files and folders on the go.
You can manage your Drooms subscription through the Drooms Company account. The Company Account is a central administration portal where you can view your subscription, manage billing, update payment details, oversee company members and access all your Drooms Hub projects from one place.
The Drooms Company account is a central portal for managing your organisation’s relationship with Drooms. It brings together subscriptions, projects, company members and billing into one unified experience, making it easier to manage multiple data rooms under a single account.

Currently, the Company account is available for customers who purchase Drooms Hub online.
Rather than managing each data room separately, the Company account gives you a company-wide view of your Drooms environment. This makes it easier to manage multiple projects, users, subscriptions and billing through a single administration portal.
Simply log in to your Drooms Hub account via cap.drooms.com to access your Company account. From there, you can manage your subscription, projects, company members and billing in one central place. The Company account is currently available for online Drooms Hub customers.
