- Sale of shares to software company Loré
Frankfurt am Main, 11.11.2025 – The due diligence platform Drooms has sold its stake in the French proptech company Bazimo, founded in 2016, to the software company Loré, at a profit. The reason for this is a strategic realignment of Bazimo and a future stronger focus of the company on the French market. Drooms originally held a 30 percent stake in the property management platform. Bazimo offers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and analysis services in the areas of property management, tenant management, financial management, technical management and ESG management. All services can be used via an app, via the company’s own ERP system or as a supplement to existing ERP systems. Bazimo employs 15 people and has over 4,400 users and over 1,500 properties on its platform.
“Bazimo has developed very well in recent years. We were able to successfully support the founders with our experience and know-how and leverage synergy effects on the French market,” explains Alexandre Grellier, CEO of Drooms. “We are confident that Bazimo, together with Loré, will be able to leverage further synergies for its users and the real estate industry. We will continue to invest in promising proptechs in order to further advance the digitalisation of the real estate industry and provide the best possible support to founding teams.”
‘Thank you to our investors who have supported us over the years and placed their trust in us. Under the Loré umbrella, we can continue to grow faster and pursue our shared vision of a simpler, more digital and more sustainable commercial real estate industry,’ explains Bazimo founder and CEO Chloé Rayssac.
