How can I create a user account and order a Drooms FLEX data room?
To create a Drooms user account please visit our website www.drooms.com and click on the ‘FLEX Account’ link at the top right.
You will be directed to a Sign in page. Please then click on ‘Register’. Fill in the mandatory information and click on ‘Get Started now’. An account activation e-mail will be sent to you, and once you you click on the ‘Activate your account’ link you will be redirected again to the Sign in page. After signing in with your newly created user credentials, your Drooms account page is shown, where you can order a Drooms FLEX or a free trial data room, for example.
Another way is to visit our website and select ‘Drooms FLEX’ under ‘Solutions’. The Drooms FLEX page provides all needed information about Drooms FLEX data rooms, and when you click on ‘Free trial’ or ‘Buy now’ to order a free trial or Drooms Flex data room, you will also be asked to register during the following process.
I created an account for Drooms FLEX, but am not able to sign in. What should I do?
If you have already registered with Drooms, it is possible that you may not have activated your user account, yet. Please look for the account activation e-mail we automatically sent you and activate your account. If you haven’t received such an e-mail, please contact support@drooms.com.
What should I do if I entered the wrong e-mail address and cannot sign in to Drooms?
