To cancel your Drooms FLEX data room, proceed as follows:

  • Either visit our website www.drooms.com to click on the link ‘FLEX account’ at the top right, sign in to the Drooms Shop with your Drooms credentials, and finally switch to the tab ‘Account’, or simply open in your browser the following page: shop.drooms.com/account and sign in.

  • The account page lists all the data rooms you either own (Drooms FREE, Drooms FLEX), or are the designated main contact and first administrator of (Drooms custom projects).

  • If you have more than one data room, look for the tile with your Drooms FLEX data room that you want to cancel and there click on ‘More’ to open a drop-down menu with several options.

  • Select option ‘Cancel data room’. A confirmation dialog opens. If you are sure that you want to cancel the data room, click on ‘Yes, cancel the data room’. The data room is then cancelled and will be closed at the end of the already paid running monthly billing period and the recurring monthly billings will be terminated.

Please note that we do not issue a refund. As you pay upfront for the data room, you can use the data room until the end of the billing/subscription period. After that the data room will be closed and the subscription will end.

Please note that you can reactivate cancelled data rooms again any time before the already paid running monthly billing period ends, i.e., revoke your cancellation, in which case the subscription will simply be continued as usual. You can also reactivate already closed data rooms up to four weeks after their closure, too, in which case the subscription will be taken up again.
