Chat Update
Chat is nu beschikbaar in volledige paginamodus, waardoor het comfortabeler is voor langere, meer gedetailleerde discussies. Je kunt de Chat openen via de navigatiebalk, de contactpagina of door een gesprek uit te vouwen - alle vertrouwde functies blijven binnen handbereik.
Projectgroepchats zijn nu ook beschikbaar. Groepschats worden automatisch aangemaakt en beheerd voor elke gebruikersgroep binnen je dataroom, waarbij updates van het lidmaatschap direct worden weergegeven voor een naadloze samenwerking en minder handmatige administratieve inspanningen.
Duplicate Detection
Je kunt nu documenten met identieke inhoud vinden, zelfs als ze anders heten. Gebruik het nieuwe filter om duplicaten snel te vinden en te beheren, verwarring te verminderen en beoordelingen te stroomlijnen.
Mobiele app updates
Snel links genereren en delen rechtstreeks vanuit je documenten in de mobiele app, zodat samenwerken onderweg nog eenvoudiger wordt. En om groepschats georganiseerd en veilig te houden, hebben we een nieuwe Chat Moderator rol geïntroduceerd waarmee aangewezen gebruikers het groepslidmaatschap kunnen beheren.

De navigatie in de dataroom is opnieuw ontworpen voor een overzichtelijkere en eenvoudigere ervaring. Projectgerelateerde opties verschijnen nu bovenaan de pagina voor snellere, intuïtievere toegang, en de algemene accountnavigatie is logischer ingedeeld zodat u belangrijke functies gemakkelijker kunt vinden.
Wat is er veranderd?
- Algemene accountnavigatie wordt herschikt voor een logischere lay-out, waardoor u sneller toegang krijgt tot belangrijke secties zoals Projecten, Help en Accountinstellingen.
- Projectgerelateerde navigatie wordt verplaatst van de linkerkant naar de bovenkant van de pagina, direct onder de navigatiebalk, waardoor u gemakkelijker kunt schakelen tussen verschillende onderdelen van uw project of dataroom.
- De bovenste balk biedt directe toegang tot Chat, Meldingen en Downloads, zodat u updates in één oogopslag kunt zien.
Update mobiele app
