The Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG), part of the Duff & Phelps Group, and Drooms GmbH have extended the scope of their strategic cooperation. The close partnership between virtual data room provider Drooms and REAG, which specialises in short-term transaction and life cycle (permanent) data rooms, among other things, started in early 2012. Together, the two companies have already successfully completed a number of projects.
