The Ihme Centre is the largest property in the city of Hanover. The mixed-use complex measures 285,000 square metres and contains residential, office, and retail shopping space on 23 floors. In February 2015, property company Newtown Group Berlin purchased the Ihme Centre for 16.5 million euros during a court-ordered sale before the District Court of Hanover. The placement of the investor was carried out by the Angermann Investment Advisory AG by exclusive mandate of the mortgagee. The transaction was handled by Drooms, whose virtual data room software solution was used as a digital communication platform on which the transaction-relevant documents were audited.
