Frankfurt, 4 December 2020 – The sale of Frankfurt office complex “Grand Campus“, located on Mainzer Landstraße 151-157, by
Commerz Real to investment manager Arminius was completed via the Drooms TRANSACTION data room. Arminius was acting on behalf of an institutional investor. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
“Grand Campus”, Commerzbank’s trading centre, has around 60,800 m² of rental space and is let to Commerzbank via a long-term lease.
