London, 16 July 2019 – Drooms, the independent supplier of secure cloud solutions, is supporting the international real estate service provider L’Etoile Properties with its Drooms PORTFOLIO platform. In future, a total of 204 properties with a cumulative surface area of approximately 2.8 million m² will be managed via Drooms PORTFOLIO.
L‘Etoile Properties will be able to securely and intelligently manage its assets using the Drooms PORTFOLIO data room solution. The platform maps the entire life cycle of real estate assets, while all assets are also kept transaction-ready at all times. Drooms PORTFOLIO allocates a customised data room to individual assets and stores all data collected together on a single platform. The virtual data room solution contains an auto-allocation function based on Artificial Intelligence (AI): all incoming documents can be sorted quickly and securely indexed. The underlying algorithm learns from the user and subsequently indexes documents added to the platform autonomously.
