Weโreย making it easier to manage all your Drooms projects and subscriptions in one place. Fromย Juneโฏ2026,ย we are introducingย threeย newย pricing plans that can beย purchasedย onlineย โ Starter,ย Professionalย and Business.ย ย
For you, this means one login, one subscription and central control over rooms, users and upgrades. You can now create multiple data rooms within your single subscription. For extra convenience, you can also assign multiple company admins to manage your subscription and account. We encourage you to review the new plans and choose the option that best fits your needs.
Below we have answered some FAQs.
Can I still upgrade my free trial to a FLEX plan?
Yes, this is still possible for now. However, once the new pricing model launches in June 2026, upgrading a free trial to the existing FLEX pricing model will no longer be available.
What are my options after my free trial ends?
After your trial ends, you can continue working with your existing data by copying your trial data room using the โCopy to Data Roomโ function.
You have two options:
- Upgrade to a paid Professional or Business plan and copy your data room there
- Copy your data room to the free Starter plan
How long can I keep the conditions of my current paid plan?
You can continue under your current conditions forโฏat leastย threeย monthsโฏafter the launch. During this time, you can explore the new plans online and switch whenย youโreย ready.ย If youย donโtย make any changes by the endย of the transition period,ย weโllย automatically move you to the plan that best matches your current usage and share the details with you in advance. You will receive anotherย emailย from usย to remind you before the transition period is over.ย
Can I still make changes to my FLEX room during the transition?
Yes. For the next three months, you can still adjust storage,ย company members, or add features. However, new purchases or rooms will be redirected to the online self-service area in the company account.ย
Do I need to reconfirm my subscription?
Your current subscription wonโt be affected. The new pricing will only apply to new subscriptions after launch.
Where can I find my company account?
Weโveย improvedย theย user experience so that you can manage company members and admins, subscriptions, and payments in one place โ in your company account.ย This gives you greater control and transparency over your account setup and billing.ย
Your company account is your central portal where you manage yourย Drooms subscription. Instead of managing individual projects separately, you can now access the entire platform through one subscription that can be used across multiple projects.ย
What you can do in your company account:
- Company Overview: Find company and billing information
- Projects: View and manage all data rooms within your organisation, including storage, consumption, and project statuses
- Members: Manage company members and admins, assign roles, and control access across your organisation
- Subscriptions: View and manage active plans, upgrades, cancellations, and billing cycle changes
- Billing: Access invoices, payment methods, and billing details
How to access your company account
You can access your company account after purchasing one of the new plans.ย Youโllย be redirected from the FLEX accountย dataย rooms section or via our website pricing page.ย Once you have it, you can alsoย access it viaย the platformย navigation.
