On 7 May 2026, together with the PATRIZIA Foundation and PB3C, we demonstrated the power of networking when it is combined with genuine social responsibility. In an exclusive setting at the Drooms wine bar, decision-makers from the real estate sector came together to discuss impact rather than just returns.
Focus: social responsibility in the property sector
A highlight of the event was the joint discussion between Astrid Gabler, Chair of the PATRIZIA Foundation, and Burkhard Dallosch, Director of the ICG Institute. The two made it clear why social responsibility is no longer a ‘nice-to-have’, but rather an integral part of professional corporate governance in the property sector.
In the background, project images from the PATRIZIA Foundation – including some from Africa – were displayed, illustrating how real estate expertise creates concrete educational and future opportunities.
Atmosphere: genuine networking, genuine projects
The mood: personal and open. An intimate gathering, clear stances, and many discussions on how impact, returns and governance can be combined in practice. Between drinks and dinner, the focus was not just on deals, but on the responsibility the industry wishes to take on for neighbourhoods, communities and the next generation.
