Reactivating a Drooms Plan
To reactivate your subscription plan:
- Sign in to your company account.
- In the vertical navigation menu on the left select the first drawer ‘Subscription’.
- The tab ‘Overview’ (selected by default) ow your terminated subscription plan details and offer a button ‘Reactivate subscription’.
- Click on ‘Reactivate subscription’ to reactivate your terminated subscription plan and renew your contract with Drooms:
- You will regain access to your projects and data.
- Your subscription plan and the corresponding billing will be restarted beginning with the day of reactivation.
