The index is designed to facilitate efficient deal preparation by providing a comprehensive and structured list of documents required for due diligence, a fundamental step for M&A professionals in evaluating the feasibility of a deal.

This index fulfils the due diligence requirements of real estate transactions. In cooperation with the German Society of Property Researchers (gif), we created a standard structure for setting up a real estate data room with ease.
