23 January 2025, Frankfurt am Main – Drooms, a leading provider of virtual data rooms for the European real estate, banking, legal, and corporate finance markets, announces that effective as of 1 January 2025, Jasmin Menz and Nikita Chernukhin, both longstanding Drooms employees, will assume the roles of Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) respectively. Jasmin Menz, the new CPO, has been with Drooms since 2015 and played a pivotal role in product design as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product. Nikita Chernukhin, who also joined the company in 2015, has significantly shaped software development as SVP of Platform Architecture. The two succeed Petter Made, who has served as CTPO since 2014, combining both roles. Made is leaving Drooms by mutual agreement to pursue new professional opportunities.

Jasmin Menz studied Visual Communication at Pforzheim University and worked for Sensory Minds design studio and Deutsche Telekom before joining Drooms. She held department and team lead positions focussing on team enablement as well as product development for various industries and customers.
Nikita Chernukhin is an expert in software architecture and IT security, holding a degree in engineering. Before joining Drooms, he held senior software engineering roles at various companies.
