A total of 150 funds and 1,300 assets administered by INTREAL are permanently stored in specially designed virtual data rooms.

March 2019 – Drooms, the independent provider of secure cloud solutions, is building a web-based permanent data room for investors, fund partners and other stakeholders of INTREAL funds in close cooperation with IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (INTREAL). According to their authorisation profile, users can obtain a secure and quick overview of all fund data, documents and individual queries around the clock. The digital platform is based on Drooms PORTFOLIO, a new virtual data room solution for asset lifecycle management.
At the beginning of March, Drooms and INTREAL began their long-term cooperation on the development of a web-based lifecycle data room, and the further development of the solution. A total of 150 funds and 1,300 assets administered by INTREAL are permanently stored in specially designed virtual data rooms. Documents are held securely and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to selected users. A centralised and uniform structure not only ensures leaner processes and an even better overview of assets held, but also increases transparency among investors and more efficient levels of communication across the board. Drooms PORTFOLIO enables the secure and intelligent management of the most complex portfolios. It allocates customised data rooms to individual assets and stores them on a single platform. This new virtual data room solution incorporates an artificial intelligence-based auto-allocation function: all incoming documents can be sorted and indexed saving both time and resources.
The new ‘Drooms PORTFOLIO’ incorporates features developed throughout more than a decade’s experience in providing services to asset managers, such as UBS’s real estate investment management business.
In the course of its continuous expansion, Drooms now employs more than 130 people from 27 countries and has its own offices in the most important European markets. In addition to the corporate headquarters in Frankfurt, the SaaS provider also has offices in Munich, Vienna, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Milan, Madrid and Zug.
