Moving Users
If necessary you can move users from one group to another.
To move users, proceed as follows:
- After signing in to Drooms, select the project and data room where you want to move users.
- Select ‘Users’ in the project’s and data room’s tab bar to access the users section. A list with user groups will be displayed. You can expand the groups to view the group members.
- Select one or more users, which you want to move with a right-click to open the context menu, and select option ‘Move’. A modal dialogue ‘Move User’ or ‘Move Users’ will open.
- Select the group, to which the user(s) should be moved to, then click on ‘Move’.
