Adding Drooms FLEX User Licenses
Your Drooms FLEX data room may contain up to 100 users, with an associated storage space of 0.3 GB per user license.
To order more user licenses than you ordered so far, proceed as follows:
- Either visit our website www.drooms.com to click on the link ‘FLEX account’ at the top right, sign in to the Drooms Shop with your Drooms credentials, and finally switch to the tab ‘Account’, or simply open in your browser the following page: shop.drooms.com/account and sign in.
- The account page lists all the data rooms you either own (Drooms FREE, Drooms FLEX), or are the designated main contact and first administrator of (Drooms TRANSACTION, Drooms LIFECYCLE).
- If you have more than one data room, look for the tile with your Drooms FLEX data room that you want to add user licenses to. The tile shows how many user licenses you are already paying for, and how many of them still can be used to invite further users.
- Click on ‘Customise users’ to open the modal dialog for increasing the number of available user licenses. After entering the new overall intended number of user licenses, click on ‘Apply’ to add the new user licenses to your shopping cart, and then click on on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to proceed to the check-out.
- The new user licenses will be charged immediately pro-rata for the remaining days of the current running monthly billing period, and will be available straight away away after successful payment. The cost per additional user license is €17,90* per user/month plus €9,90* per user/month for each additional premium feature added.
Please note that with each additional user license also the available storage space will be increased by 0.3 GB
