Adding Drooms FLEX Features
The Drooms FLEX basic subscription fee of €17,90* per user/month already includes many useful data room functionalities and features. However, if you want to further customise your data room, you can add one or more of the following premium on-demand features to it, for an additional monthly fee of €9,90* per user per feature:
- Q&A: Set up and manage a question and answer process for due diligence purposes during the transaction phase
- Redaction: Stay GDPR-compliant by redacting sensitive data in documents with our AI-assisted search
To add one or more of these features to your Drooms FLEX data room, proceed as follows:
- Either visit our website www.drooms.com to click on the link ‘FLEX account’ at the top right, sign in to the Drooms Shop with your Drooms credentials, and finally switch to the tab ‘Account’, or simply open in your browser the following page: shop.drooms.com/account and sign in.
- The account page lists all the data rooms you either own (Drooms FREE, Drooms FLEX), or are the designated main contact and first administrator of (Drooms TRANSACTION, Drooms LIFECYCLE).
- If you have more than one data room, look for the tile with your Drooms FLEX data room that you want to add features to, and click on ‘Add premium feature’.
- The modal dialog ‘Add features’ that opens will list all features you still may add to your data room. Click on ‘Add feature’ to add a specific feature. If you are not sure, yet, you can remove a feature again by clicking on ‘Remove’.
- Once you have decided, which features you want to add to your Drooms FLEX data room, click on ‘Apply’ to add the new features to your shopping cart, and then click on on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to proceed to the check-out.
- Once you confirm your order the new features will be charged immediately pro-rata for the remaining days of the current running monthly billing period, and will be available straight away after successful payment. The cost per additional user license is €9,90* per user/month.
Please note that on-demand features cannot be removed again! You can test them in a free trial data room first.
