Despite the overall challenging market situation, 2024 has been a year of incredible growth, innovation, and success for Drooms, setting a new benchmark in the world of fast and secure deal preparation and transactions. Here’s a look back at some of the key highlights and milestones from the past year, as well as an exciting glimpse into our plans for 2025.

  • 30% more pages were uploaded, indicating not only a surge in transactions on our platform, but also that deals are becoming more complex with more data volume.
  • 11% increase in users, showcasing our expanding global community.
  • 71% growth in transactions in France and 64% in Spain, marking significant regional success.
  • 10% overall transaction growth, underlining our commitment to enabling dealmakers with a smart, AI-driven platform.
  • 117% customer retention rate, a testament to the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients.
  • Our 82 average customer satisfaction score reflects our dedication to excellence.
  • With 99.97% platform uptime, we ensured business continuity.
  • Our customer support team maintained an impressive 36-minute average email response time, prioritising user needs and underscoring our 24/7 availability.

Navigating challenges with strength

As our CEO & Co-Founder, Jan Hoffmeister, aptly noted: “2024 was a challenging year for our real estate customers, which made it a challenging year for us as well. Despite these headwinds, Drooms emerged stronger by streamlining operational efficiency and maintaining a good spirit across the company.”

Alexandre Grellier, Drooms’ other CEO & Co-Founder, agreed adding that: “The biggest highlight was the fact that Drooms stayed innovative not only with regards to our products but as well with the way we worked with our customers. As 2024 turned out to be a challenging year for the whole industry we are proud that our customers classified us as relevant to their business processes. We enhanced our collaboration capabilities and many of our customers’ workflows are now faster, more transparent and digital.”

This resilience allowed us to not only meet but exceed expectations, supporting our clients through market adjustments with innovative solutions and exceptional service.

Innovation and a vision for 2025

One of the standout achievements of 2024 was the launch of Drooms Chat, described by Jan as his personal highlight: “Drooms Chat revolutionises how transactions and due diligence are managed, providing a one-stop-shop mobile collaboration platform that customers have sought for years.” This innovative tool simplifies secure communication and collaboration, bringing new efficiency to the dealmaking process. At the same time, 2024 also introduced the Online Archive, which cemented its role as the first-of-its-kind solution for sustainable, secure data storage post transaction, eliminating inefficiencies associated with outdated methods like USB sticks.

Looking ahead, our focus on AI innovation promises to elevate Drooms even further. Alexandre expressed his excitement for the future, stating, “The biggest opportunity in 2025 comes through faster development with AI. With our AI taking huge leaps this year, we can realise projects with even higher impact for our customers in shorter time frames, without compromising on our top-notch quality and security.”

As we step into 2025, Drooms remains committed to delivering value through constant innovation. Building on the momentum of 2024, we are launching smarter AI features to provide users with instant insights, reduce manual effort by up to 50%, and enable seamless cross-border transactions by breaking language barriers. Strengthening our foothold in high-growth regions like France and Spain, while exploring opportunities in emerging sectors, will also remain a priority. Meanwhile, user-centric enhancements, such as faster workflows and more intuitive interfaces, will ensure Drooms continues to be the go-to platform for dealmakers.

As Jan emphasised, “The combination of Drooms Chat with our newly launched AI Assistant will turn Drooms into a powerful platform, allowing asset managers, brokers, and lawyers to maximise their efficiency.” This integration positions Drooms as a leader in secure deal management, ready to empower professionals in the real asset industry in 2025 and beyond.
